We offer clients a full-service approach to their electrical and power-generation requirements. We can design, develop and produce a complete system: harnesses, electronics, power storage, power generation, software, firmware and all drawings, ready to install as a true plug-and-play solution.
For the vehicle builder that is a real advantage. It reduces cost, increases reliability and speeds up production. Our customers include vehicle builders, converters and fleet operators across the Blue Light (999) and Amber Light (utilities) sectors, alongside public-sector authorities.

We have invested significantly in our rapid-prototyping and production facilities, continuously improving quality, process, flexibility and control.
PCB production
Semi-automatic solder-paste stencil printing, twin SMT Samsung / Quad pick-and-place machines and a 7-stage temperature-controlled reflow oven, with regulated fume and solder filtration.
Rapid prototyping
Detailed 3D CAD engineering drawings for prototyping, analysis and machining, plus in-house 3D printing so models reach clients early, which saves cost and avoids errors downstream.
Quality control
From PCB production to final assembly, quality is controlled and conforms to ISO 9001:2015, with pad printing and epoxy resin for finished assemblies.
The switching and control system for the Amber Light sector.
Ideal for mini-buses, utility fleet vehicles, mobile workshops, motorhomes and camper vans. It is the latest addition to our own product range, produced on our UK line.
