Cruise control retrofit

Cruise control for a Dacia Sandero

The Sandero made a new car affordable for a lot of buyers, and the entry versions kept the spec very simple. Own one of those, and a long motorway trip shows what was left out.

Value first, comfort later

Sandero buyers put price at the top of the list, then found the car was perfectly happy on a long run. Commuters, young families and first-time buyers of a new car use them for every kind of journey. If you also run Dacia's SUV, there is a separate Duster retrofit page.

When basic becomes tiring

A simple car is a pleasure until the fifth time you drive the same eighty miles in a week. After that, the absent cruise is the first thing you think about getting in and the last thing you forget getting out.

Upgrading the Sandero properly

Chorley writes our module specifically for your Sandero, Stepway included. Speed comes from the Sandero's own network traffic, and its pedal box is never touched. Trade up later and the Dacia's module moves with you, rewritten free for whichever covered car replaces it.

Questions about the Dacia Sandero

Is the Stepway any different?
Yes, slightly. It is a raised version of the same car, so flag a Stepway and that precise Sandero gets checked.
Will the car need to go back to a Dacia dealer afterwards?
No. Nothing from the dealer is needed for the module to work.
How do I start?
Message us with the Sandero's model year, engine and transmission, adding whether you are a garage or the owner. An engineer replies with an answer for that car.
