iConnex is Intellitec’s current-generation switching and control platform, built around CAN communication. It replaces large conventional relay-and-fuse looms with a small set of programmable modules and keypads, cutting harness complexity, saving build time and giving the installer far more control over the vehicle’s electrical system.
Core components:
- iConnex Dual Voltage Programmable Switching Module (ICX-MOD-PRO): the programmable control module at the centre of the system, working on both 12V and 24V.
- iConnex CAN switch keypads: 3-way (ICX-SW3), 4-way (ICX-SW4) and 6-way (ICX-SW6) keypads, each supplied with 2-metre cables.
- OLED DIN switch panel (ICX-OLED): 12 programmable switches with an OLED display, compatible with iConnex, iPLC and PMC systems.
- iConnex Response Controller (ICX-RESPONSE): the latest addition to the range, aimed at response and blue-light builds.
iConnex is the switching and control system of choice for the amber-light sector, minibuses, utility company fleet vehicles and mobile workshops, and extends into emergency-response and specialist OEM builds. All units are UK manufactured.
