Cruise control retrofit

Cruise control for the Ford Transit Courier

The Transit Courier is the smallest van in the Transit family, chosen by couriers and small businesses who want something easy to park. Its rounds often grow beyond town, and without cruise the driver is doing all the work on the faster roads.

Small van, growing rounds

Delivery routes rarely stay the same size. A Courier that started on local drops ends up covering several towns, linked by dual carriageways. Holding a constant speed there by foot, all day, wears a driver out.

Not a Connect, not a Fiesta

The Courier sits below the Connect in the Transit range and shares parts with Ford's small cars. That in-between position means people grab parts meant for the wrong vehicle. We keep the Courier as its own record so that does not happen.

Configured before it ships

CAN KONTROL CRUISE is programmed for the Courier in Chorley, with year, engine and controls confirmed by the engineer. It reads the Courier's network, without a throttle actuator. Owner-drivers and fleets get the same per-van setup.
