Intellitec designs and manufactures a family of programmable task and power management controllers (both CAN and non-CAN) that form the electronic backbone of specialist vehicle builds. These systems handle switching, load control, monitoring and vehicle logic in a rugged, in-cab format.
Product lines:
- IPLC: a rugged, reliable programmable logic controller for vehicles. The full module (K192) carries a processor, 10 inputs, 20 outputs, 2 voltage monitors, a temperature sensor and an LCD screen. The IPLC-Jnr (K257) provides 10 inputs, 20 outputs and 2 voltage monitors.
- PMC Multiplex: a modular multiplex system built around a 12V/24V CPU with up to 320 channels, expanded with input modules, output modules, 10-way relay modules, solid-state dimmer modules, combined I/O modules, sealed I/O, latching relay modules and switch adapters.
- VPLC: a vehicle programmable logic controller, supported by dedicated 10-way push-button switch modules.
- Motor and load control: Quad H-Bridge modules (12V/24V) for motor drive and Load Manager modules for managing high-current loads.
These controllers underpin complex task and power management systems, including those supplied for NHS front-line ambulances, and are used across emergency, bus and coach, truck and fleet, amber-light, marine and specialist OEM applications. All units are UK manufactured.
