The PMC module range expands the multiplex system with a family of building blocks: input modules, 10-way output and relay modules, solid-state dimmer modules, combined I/O modules and sealed waterproof modules for exposed installations. Each works in combination with the PMC CPU and other standard, semi-custom or custom I/O modules to build a tailored system.
The 10-way output module (00-00923-000) provides ten negative-switched connections for low-wattage loads such as dashboard warning lights and beepers, at up to 1.0 ampere per module, with output LEDs, an overload indicator, auto-reset and optical isolation. The sealed I/O module (00-00934-100) delivers power switching with electronic overload protection through field-effect transistors, with six outputs (five up to 10A and one up to 20A) and four inputs, in an IP68 waterproof housing with eleven diagnostic LEDs.
All output harnesses use AMP Mate-N-Lok connectors to reduce installation time and errors, and modules address up to 160 channels on the PMC loop. Modules should be installed in a protected environment inside the vehicle, except the sealed variants which are rated for exposed positions. UK manufactured.
