The Intellitec Programmable Logic Controller (I-PLC) is a truly simple and easy-to-integrate PLC system for vehicles. Rugged and reliable by design, the I-PLC can be programmed to suit almost any application, and Intellitec offers comprehensive training for vehicle converters and operators.
The hardware provides all operational requirements in one unified system: a processor, 10 inputs, 20 outputs, 2 voltage monitors, a temperature sensor and an LCD screen. The software allows operators to change a vehicle’s electrical specification through reprogramming rather than hardwiring, which means the IPLC can be removed and reinstalled in replacement fleet vehicles.
Typical functions include idle management and autostart, runlock, split charging, temperature control, safety interlocks and CANbus integration. Together these functions form the electronic backbone of a task and power management system. UK manufactured.
