Key features

  • Four H-bridge channels for driving reversible motor loads under multiplex control
  • Eight 10A SPDT relays configured as four H-bridges; power fusing, switching and distribution in one module
  • Fuse or circuit-breaker position per bridge; can power up to 8 individual loads
  • Four motor loads operable simultaneously from a single input
  • 9 diagnostic LEDs; AMP Mate-N-Lok connectors

The Quad H-Bridge module is a member of Intellitec’s multiplex control family. It works in combination with the PMC CPU and other standard, semi-custom or custom I/O modules, and provides power fusing, switching and distribution all in one module. It would typically be used to operate reversible motor loads.

When a channel is activated it connects one end of the load to the battery while the other end is connected to ground. Each of the four H-bridges is fed from a fuse position that can be filled with a fuse or a circuit breaker, so the module can drive four motor loads simultaneously from a single input, or power up to eight individual loads.

The module uses eight 10-amp SPDT relays in four H-bridge configurations, with nine diagnostic LEDs, and total module current should not exceed 20 amps. All output harnesses connect with AMP Mate-N-Lok connectors to reduce installation time and errors, and the module should be installed in a protected environment inside the vehicle. Available in 12V (00-00916-120) and 24V (00-00916-240) versions. UK manufactured.
