Cruise control retrofit

Peugeot Bipper cruise control retrofit

The Bipper is a tiny van designed for town drops, and it often ends up doing a lot more than that. Couriers and engineers who use one across a region spend hours on fast roads in a van that, in many cases, cannot hold a speed.

A city van on regional work

Built alongside the Fiat Fiorino and Citroen Nemo, the Bipper was designed for narrow streets and tight parking. Fleets that bought them for that often discovered how many of their jobs involve motorway legs. The van copes; the driver's ankle is less happy.

Small vans, big fleets, uneven results

Small vans tend to arrive in batches, and a fleet manager wants every one to behave the same. Generic kits fitted one at a time by different garages produce a fleet where some vans hold speed nicely and others do not. Drivers then swap vans to dodge the bad ones, and the problem spreads into the rota.

One confirmed setup across the fleet

We program CAN KONTROL CRUISE for the Bipper you describe, and once one van is confirmed, its twins across the fleet take that same setup. The module reads the Bipper's speed over the network, and nothing is bolted to the pedal. If vans leave the fleet, units can be reset for their replacements without paying for the change.
