The Battery Guard 3000 is a fully programmable power management system built on the battery guard platform. It operates by constantly monitoring the available battery power when the engine or charging source is not active, isolating electrical loads when the voltage drops below programmed thresholds so that starting power is preserved.
It includes a manual reset switch and offers automatic reconnection in appropriate applications. Programmable alarms cover both an audible output and two 10A outputs, and the system supports intelligent split charging, records low-voltage events and provides LED diagnostics. It does not affect OE CANBUS systems.
The unit is available in 100A and 200A ratings across 12V and 24V (part numbers K95 to K98), with an optional round reset switch on selected variants. The ECU and connectors are rated IP67, although the relay itself is not waterproof. The Windows-based graphical configuration software is supplied free of charge following certified installation-engineer training. UK manufactured.
